Jason lowered his voice a fraction. "What "homework" can he have? He's graduated! And since when does he need someone to do it for him even if he had it?" Of all the unbelievable stories! Billy had never, ever needed help with schoolwork of any kind. He had tutored all of the rangers at one point or another and knew the subjects inside and out. So for Skye to claim that he was doing Billy's homework was frankly like claiming...Rocky had lost his appetite!

Skye coughed a little, "Actually, HE is doing his homework, except he doesn't know it. I'm just the one writing it down. Mind you as he doesn't know he's got homework, then I guess it doesn't matter much that he doesn't know he's doing it!" Skye's grey blue eyes sparkled at Jason's bemused expression.

"I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. " Jason admitted now thoroughly confused. He grinned. "Maybe," he admitted. "I had more answers, but he was always better with the questions. So we traded. Or we tried to. Sometimes it kind of degenerated."

"You beat each other up instead of studying?" she suggested, smirking.

"We're Rangers," Andros reminded her, with an attempt at dignity. "We don't beat each other up. We spar."

"It's totally different," Ashley agreed, rolling her eyes with a smile. "What was I thinking?"

She didn't take any notice of the cars parked outside the building as they stepped out into the sunlight, but one of them took notice of her and Andros. The honking didn't register at all, as she assumed it was directed at someone else, but Andros glanced up when someone shouted their names. He nudged her shoulder, and she glanced curiously in the direction he indicated.

"Okay...this is part of his astrophysics' degree." explained Skye indicating the screen. "He doesn't know he is doing it, but he's actually been getting some really good grades."Rubbing his eyes, Tommy fought to stifle a yawn. "I didn't know holographic maps could give you a headache," he remarked to the empty war room.
"If you stare at them for hours on end, they can," replied a voice from the door. Whirling, Tommy turned to see Lexian regarding him in amusement.
"Give a guy a heart attack," the leader of the Rangers replied lightly, his breathing returning to normal.
Chuckling, Lexian stepped into the room. "I apologize, Tommy. How long have you been in here, anyway?"
Tommy shrugged, not quite able to hide his weariness. "I dunno. An hour or two?"
"Wrong," Lexian corrected dryly. "At least three, because that is how long it has been since dinner. A meal which you did not attend."
"Oh," Tommy replied sheepishly. "I guess I got caught up in studying these maps of Tae Shalrith."
"We assumed as much. Your Black Ranger asked me to bring this tray and insist you eat; she seemed to think you'd be more likely to comply with my instructions."
